i love these so much and low key wish they were a bigger thing here. they're just so cute and add so much personality gah i love it.
bag charms are so common here in japan and it's adorable!! seeing the little ways people can express themselves even with uniforms per se (especially when its a cartoon paired with a suitcase)

agreed !! i love bag charms so much, i collect them everywhere i go. im also going to tokyo later this year and plan to spend all my money collecting trinkets and keychains 🥰 where did you get your cutie one??

mayas i’ve saved a bunch of bookoff super bazaars in my google maps and im hoping to go to the ohi weekend flea market - do you think it’s worth it??
nessisokay omg gloomy bear! so cute! i actually just went to oi racecourse flea market today, that’s crazy you mentioned it. i think since its been blowing up on tiktok it’s gotten really crowded and the good things probably sell quickly so if you do go probably best to go as early as possible! otherwise i’d recommend the thrift store chains all around tokyo like 2nd street, trefacstyle, bazzstore & mode off :) they're my faves! in terms of neighborhoods for thrifting, def check out koenji and shimokitazawa. have so much fun !!!
