not to criticize cause storygraph is still a hell of a lot better than goodreads (owned by amazon, terrible UI, too many features, etc) but if anyone's looking for a non-social booktracker, there's this really great one called ItalicType. Super simplistic, it's like if goodreads was just the lists and nothing else

The StoryGraph app has single-handedly reinvigorated my reading habit. Super simple and no frills interface, and a great independently owned alternative to Goodreads (they can even transfer your profile over!)
As a big Letterboxd user, having a way to log and track and check things off is very satisfying, and helps me get that little hit of external validation.
I don’t really follow people on StoryGraph or use it for social stuff or thorough reviews, but it’s a great way to keep track of what you’ve read, what you’re reading, and what you want to read.
Please note I’ve only read 6 or 7 books this year, but that still feels like an improvement on last year, and approaching a return to form.
