This was my last trip out of the country and it was so beautiful I really fell in love. Absolutely immaculate vibes, beautiful architecture, amazing food, lots of sunshine, great activities, PASTEL DE NATAS, wonderful place.
I recommend Lisbon because is the capital, and you also have nice beaches there and many good spots to absorb the culture (one of my fav spots is a chill bar with a lot of vintages collection on the walls called “pavilhao chines“ to enter you have to ring the bell or wait for someone to come out) if you had more time I would also recommend Porto (is where I’m from) it has a lot of beautiful spots as well!
It’s a site that just plays music that makes you feel like you‘re sitting poolside. I find it nice to just sit and listen to. Alt rec My Analog Journal on YT has DJs on that just go through a set list.
Cooked in butter and served immediately off the pan is the optimal way to enjoy pancakes. You get to experience that amazing crispy edge at its peak crispness. Lmk if i should drop my pancake recipe
