The WORLDLE

I love this one bc not only does it test your geography skills but it ends up being a fun time guessing! I do it mostly with my coworkers and we end up drawing wonky little maps :)

Hard as FUCK and you can play the bonus round to kill like 15 minutes. Also a big fan of the GeoGrid (on the same website)
