seems fancy but it’s just chicken in creamy white wine, butter, caper sauce. also pretty tough to mess up. add a little angel hair pasta on the side, a veggie and a good drinky!

preseason your chicken and cook with little oil and medium heat, flip abt every 5-7 minutes until they’re crispy, brown and a little black to your preference ofc
When the chicken is done you cut it into slices to your liking (I do straight slices like tenders) You can boil your pasta in a separate pot while the chicken cooks & in the same pan you cooked the chicken, caramelize your onions, and add your veggies & then add your pasta & heavy cream…
let everything simmer on low hit for abt 2 minutes & then add your chicken, mix it all together, cover your pan & then let it simmer on low for 5-10 minutes
& whenever your ready top it off with your cheese… Let it melt into everything else & then it’s ready!

Sounds complicated but actually SUPER easy! The thighs are just S+P, a liiiiiiiiil garlic powder then make sure they’re extremely dry and crisp them up on a pan for like 30 mins or so. Super juicy, crispy, and flavorful.
The chicken bits leftover are used as the base for the sauce and adds so much flavor. Yum yum yum!!!!!!

⚖️when you make a decision you’ll never know what the alternative outcome would have been like. you can make it up in your head but there’s no logical way to actually know. so just make a decision and have confidence that it was the right one and if for some reason it’s not, you have no reason to believe the other outcome would have been any better or worse. regret is a wasted emotion for that reason.
