Discovered this gem in Naples. Soft, sweet brioche brushed with orange zest filled with light whipped cream. A perfect breakfast dessert. Beats pancakes and waffles for me.

Refraction of light makes me super happy. No matter how prominent or strong. A change in path leads to that beam of light to become so pretty. It’s still the same beam, just more confident, able to show each ray and its colours. This could make a million metaphors but I’ll leave that up to interpretation.
