my dad visits nyc super often to see concerts and he just does his own thing and we get dinner and its so nice and casual and not socially draining and i love it
I love my mom and I love an excuse to sit down and talk to her for hours. And then when we get home we keep talking for another couple hours. Really helps with the whole “we watch our parents grow old too”
