tiff I’ve actually been making an effort to chew more lately because I’ve literally almost choked especially if I’m eating rice because it tastes so good that I just eat it really fast and then there’s A 10-car pileup in my throat 😔💔 so I would definitely say rice because I don’t want to die probably bread too. thich nhat hanh says in his book on anger to chew until your food is liquid and my mouth isn’t a vitamix like that but I’m tryinggggg

tiff you get it sometimes my life flashes in front of my eyes and all because rice is so good. is it even worth it? I don’t know probably but I’ve got to do better. If you have to chew that many times to become a buddhist monk I could never be one
