Using podcasts as white noise to fall asleep has really helped my insomnia! Hearing people talk somehow cancels out my overactive brain that won't shut up at night. This one is the best. No ads, no loud voices, ocean background noise. I couldn't tell you about a single episode because I am out like a light. And I don't even eat cereal.
