Look I love a Pampelmousse Lacroix as much as the next chick, but I live in Oregon where every can costs you an extra dime in deposit- not nothing! Now I fizz up some tap water with the Aarke (NOT manufactured in occupied Palestine like the s*da stream but I digress 🇵🇸 🍉) and add a few shakes of this, even more refreshing, and no annoying can. how you do something is how you do everything

learned in the context of yoga teacher training, but really realized this was true when i watched how my friends roasted marshmallows over the fire 🔥 🪵 rather than using this as an excuse to keep doing things the same, it’s a good reminder to be mindful of what habits and mindsets you carry across different parts of your life. (bonus: what is your marshmallow strategy? i like to set them completely on fire immediately then blow it out)
