hello everybody this is my first reccomendation
If you have a shower head put it on full blast on medium heat and hold it right up to your face until your face goes numb. It is the best feeling ever, like a massage from a woman with beautiful small strong hands. Hope you enjoy, cheers

I’ve actually found i love the shock and it’s apparently v good for the nervous system. I also try to rub an ice cube on my face every morning. embrace the cold!!!

HOT WATER
Shit is peak civilization! You ever take a shower so hot it felt like you were cooking yourself?? You ever take a soak so peaceful you felt like a little dumpling being steamed?? Hot water is good for the soul and will literally fix most, if not all, of your problems. Highly recommend, 15/10
