made an account on bluesky sometime last year when it was invite only to follow all my tech journalists. never did really use bluesky very much cause the tech reporters moved from twitter to threads so I used threads for a bit. found out about pi on threads and now I just use pi exclusively.

a new-ish social media site explicitly designed to be a myspace successor, customizable profile pages and all. haven't dived in myself but a lot of folks i meet in the indie web space have accounts there
Linked is a Verge article about an app in beta that's a browser that only searches and shows feeds (RSS, ActivityPub, etc.) It sounds interesting! But I'm more excited that this is only one of many experiments to diversify the web.
