if you like to listen to music when you sleep, my dad used to always put on Mendelssohn‘s a midsummer nights dream to put me to bed when I was young, and it still helps me go to sleep occasionally (even though it starts off loud and fast). I also liked Nick Drake’s Pink Moon for this purpose. Ive found that having a routine and playing the same thing every night helped signal my brain to sleep (though now that I work long hours just the sound of a fan works great).

Unlimited falafel every shift, which is why I, to this day, do not eat it. Too much of a good thing. I started two days into being 16- it was across the street from my house and yet I still was late every day. Every so often I try to get my hummus to taste as good as I remember it being there…

as someone with the shortest attention span ever… I listen to the can-can on an hour long loop. I know it sounds psychotic (it is) but it has literally gotten me through very high up jobs in the government and gives me the ability to hyperfocus for long periods of time with high intensity. That and using the pomodoro method! Good luck!
