Today I went to the local pond and sat for almost 3 hours, no phone, no book, nothing. It was the most incredible sensation ever, this immense tranquility and peace seized me and all of my worries dissipated, being around nature and hearing the sounds of life around is incomparable to anything & watching the water ripples as birds chirp and fly overhead in golden rays of sunshine cascading onto the green grass is ethereally divine. I think itโs closest thing to heaven.

Sometimes I just need a break from the hustle and bustle of life and to sit on the grass or bench in a quiet park. Listening to the leaves rustling in the breeze and the birds tweeting brings about a sense of calming throughout my body that feels so recharging for my soul.

Literally turning everything off and going into nature and not looking at your phone. Bring music and bring a journal. bring a book, too, while youโre at it.

I sat and read two books in the afternoon today, and this otherworldly, ineffable feeling fell over me like a spell. It was like being caressed lovingly by a thousand Eskimo feathers whilst angel tears washed over my body.
I had a lemonade-esque drink with this ethereal expierence too and it was fulfilling in every way.

My mind randomly opened to the folds of reality, it feels like my brain and my consciousness were ripped into small shreds and spread across the earthhh.
I feel as if I am everything and nothing around me, I understand and donโt at the same time.
Like Iโm peering into the minds of other whilst only seeing mine as well.
