Making juice

Best thing about moving back home is using all my mum's kitchen tools. This is current fave juice to have just after breakfast: 2 cooked beetroots (in natural juices) 2 carrots Good hunk of ginger (about 3cm) 1 royal gala apple 2 big oranges (peeled) Half a small lemon

Carrot juice at The Farmer and the Cook

When you go to Ojai go to this spot in Meiners Oaks and get the carrot juice. Sometimes the simplest things in life are also the best. This carrot juice is transcendental. No idea why but I don't ask questions. I just drink.
