Really killer mix

Turbo Twat Aerobics W/ Hitech mix on NTS. I heard it in my friend‘s car yesterday not knowing what it was. Put it on today and sent it to her because I thought she’d love it. She then told me that’s what we were listening to yesterday 🫠 some familiar sounds and some new.

nts radio shows (and the app/project as a whole)

ive been obsessing over nts lately. i used to listen mostly just to clairo’s monthly shows (they’re a whole recommendation of their own lol) and maybe a couple other sets here and there but the past month and especially this past week, its what i’ve listened to the most. it’s made me fall in love with music and audio all over again. great way to discover new music and genres and go deeper into whatever your taste are. so refreshing and theres a discord too which is very sweet. support if u can, 50% of the proceeds go to the artists:)

a study issued last month found that dancing is the most effective way of treating and mitigating depression. Walking, therapy, and yoga also outpaced SSRIs. and if you're saying 'oh this was probably funded by Big Dance', there's no evidence of that and if you're saying 'that's just what a Big Dance shill would say', well honey you're right

Hang out with those suckers, it’s so fun. I was sad today then I watched my nephew eat jell-o for the first time now i’m fine.

the right people will appreciate your boldness in initiating a first hang

And then when you’ve made a few random connections this way (and there’s not some blaring reason why they’d hate each other) invite them all for a park hang or lil dinner, even if it seems sorta early in the friendships! Being the person that brings other people together can make you feel and come off more well connected than you might feel, and before ya know it, you’ve started a friend group!
You’re gonna do great, honey! People like ya!
