diluted bleach water / toothpaste

for all white fabric shoes / shoelaces i swear by diluting bleach like 1 part bleach to 5 parts lukewarm water and sticking them in there for like an hour before putting them in the machine. for the white part of shoes at the bottom like vans or converse using a spare toothbrush with pure whitening toothpaste is so good

palmers coco butter

i have the same problem the only thing i can swear by is palmers. very thick but if you wear it before bed you’ll wake up feeling so much better!!
