Stay in a holler. West virginia near the back of the dragon. At night listen to the peepers and owls, in the day sit in the back of a pickup and drive up and down the mountain. Sit outside and smoke a cigarette or a few cigarettes. Trespass on the railroad tracks and pick up the pieces of coal that have fallen out of the train. Watch fire of love 3 times. Shoot guns in to the woods. Dont go to the store. Dont even think about the city.

One of my fav places on earth 🌎 <3 When I was living in regular Virginia I would travel to West by God with my ex to visit his family every 4th of July. I think the drive was about 2ish hrs away from where we were living. The drive through the state is the breathtaking. Being the only car on the road for miles just surrounded by gigantic ⛰️ So green and the sky so blue 💚💙☁️So peaceful. It makes me feel so small🧍♀️Driving thru rural towns stopping at one of the only stores in town (family dollar) 💵 Colorado is beautiful and so is the East Coast, but nothing will ever compare to WV ✨I hope I get to return one day, for different reasons. Will always have a place in my 🫀

🌏I always go on a day long outdoor excursion in a natural or semi natural area (city parks work as long as theyre big enough) ocean or lake is ideal due to outside water's cleansing properties. Laying down on the ground (sleeping, even) and looking at things that are far away are also important, as well as having lunch at a cafe or something with no time limit on how long you take to eat 🪲 dont come home until youre feeling sleepy (not just tired)
