We analyze our mistakes and accidents but successful people typically don’t know what they did that made them successful (or it was money/connections). 2. If my brain says something rude about me, something that would make me want to punch someone who said it about my friend, I throw it right out. Not even I get to be rude to me.
sometimes negative feedback is a positive signal. like when the things they criticize are what you were trying to do. so then ask them for more feedback. use their disagreeable taste as a signal.
