I had to skip my weekly hobbog because there was a parade happening and hobbog bar was closed.

Not to feign poverty, or as the less articulate call it “cosplaying poor“, but why would I spend 30 dollars on a entree im gonna pick at when I can scarf a grilled cheese on the corner of Roebling and Broadway.
Just got my resy notification. Facing the idea that I will have to eat something in order to not appear like an admirer of Cassie from ‘Skins’. Especially because he’s seen me puke my gin martini on myself at Clandestino because I didn’t eat dinner. Feeling disgusting and glutenous already.

I have the day off, so hypothetically I could go out and get whatever I want for lunch, but I’m planning a big dinner of carrot bisque and wine and bread, so I’ll gorge myself in a few hours!

it was so yummy I had a rlly long day and it rlly hit the spot. food is so good to us. something about biting into cooked dough filled w cheese but not too much cheese just the right amount. rolled around in pesto. food is so good to us. I wore a bright green sweater today n saw lots of green things afterwards… like not even on purpose… fields of daisies n grass and clovers.. wearing green, beer and tortellini for dinner hell yeah. deep fried Turkish crepe and fresh coffee for dessert.

• freeze block of tofu
• thaw block of tofu
• chop tofu and marinate in dry rub for chicken (with olive oil for lubrication) for about 4 hours
• bake tofu @ 350 for 40 minutes, flipping halfway
• start making peanut sauce from linked page
• boil water and make rice noodles
• add some kimchi, tofu, noodles to bowl
• drown with peanut sauce
