More like personal dietary negligence on my end and less like a legitimate recommendation, eating fruit everyday has improved my life significantly since making a concerted effort to make fruit happen on the daily. So so good.

Eating fruit makes me feel grounded and that I’m taking care of myself in a simple, yet effective way. The reward that comes from peeling an orange or washing berries in a colander, is that of peaceful sweetness. Studying French while eating fruit helps me embody my mistakes and to forgive myself when I don’t know something I should. I recommend doing this in the morning, maybe with pomegranates or bananas, or whatever else you please.

Pan con bistec is my order, any hour of the day/night. Grab a smoothie, or a complimentary water cone. Baked goods too. Cigarettes and gum and candy sold as well. Get your laundry done while eating if you so need to.

For some bizarre reason, I am unable to use bluetooth while charging my phone in my car. When I've just got to get some juice in my phone for one reason or another, I've been turning to FM radio as of late to fufill my vehicular auditory needs. The radio has been hittinggg, specifically the easy listening radio stations. You focus on the music more because you're not in control of your musical intake, you either stay on the channel or find another one. I'd never appreciated easy listening like I do now. It's exactly that, *easy* listening. Puts me at ease. Removes me from the bullshit of my day to day life. And I'm appreciating the effort and expertise that go into creating a catchy, ear worm of a song. Bonus of listening to easy listening radio: you'll be surprised by how broad of an umbrella "easy listening" is stylistically.
