What is considered flavoured teas (like apple, rose etc.) on the market are tisanes, and super delicious, but if I had to drink one kind, it would be Assam or Darjeeling Tea, because I grew up on the kind of tea that was brewed to an inch of its' life, so bitter af green tea or black tea that leaves you addicted, is the way I go.

love kusmi tea, esp prince vladimir which is an orange-infused earl grey. this one cafe near my hometown sold this brand, and i always loved going there to try a new blend. i have also been meaning to buy some tea from leaves and flowers, esp their chai! for green teas, rishi jade cloud is so very potent and provides a mellow caffeine release. i also recently visited the coffee and tea exchange in chicago, they have so many unique offerings. tried their darjeeling and it was lovely!

Sometimes you try your best and everything seems to hit the fan no matter how much you try, so you take that raincheck and take yourself out for a day.

This is what I call it hahahah made by mums everywhere but the greased up version is sold along stalls in Mumbai. Two regular slices of white bread, buttered, and the middle filling is cream cheese with red onions, coriander/cilantro, tomatoes and some minced chillis. All veggies chopped mini cube size so they blend with the cheese. Toasted crispy.
