I don't own a car, but I am a devout biker and will not let rain stop me from going about my day. This rain poncho is for use while riding a bike and has some nifty loops and details that prevent it from being a total sail while biking (naturally, it works great off the bike, too). It also packs to the size of a healthy burrito and comes with a little carrying bag, so I've been bringing it with me just about everywhere I go this summer when I notice gray clouds in the distance. I've used this poncho riding 2 hours/15 miles and was just about bone dry when I arrived at my destination (I did get a little sweaty and wet on the face though). Wearing the poncho with the hood up also scratches my itch to wear a sheet ghost costume outside of Halloween.
