Saltier the better. Daily hydration go-to and slightly addicted to the grapefruit but developing a taste for the ”raw unflavored”. also like salt bagels so im that real burn your tongue salty kinda guy.

Flaky salt

I carry around an old pill bottle filled with flaky salt with me. It always elevates an okay meal, and goes great on sweets. Seriously just pick some up and you'll thank me later.
