You have to show each person individually how working together positively is a personal win for them, in their own life context, and then show them that collectively it is a win-win situation for everyone
the thing about this website is that i absolutely know no one and its like we are in kindergarten can we share this box of crayons and also divulge all our (and our family's) secrets and keep them close to our hearts
