I don’t think I ever felt understood as a child, and that was partly because I never felt I could express my desires! its okay to tell people around you what you like or want. you’re allowed to have opinions and thoughts and needs and differences.

I like working out and when I leave a workout class and I feel sore and then I take an epsom salt bath and I get in bed and my body just feels like YEAH you USED ME TODAY YAY. I love that.
