Azuras Alchemy Lab

this shop has very unique and whimsical smells and you can get a testset with 6 fragrances for 19€, which isnt that much for a small business i think. they have also have perfumes inspired by ficitional characters (the witcher, twilight, baldurs gate, acotar, lotr etc.) and greek mythology, which is cool :) i recommend misa misa, after shower and sunbeam bliss, but take a look for yourself, theres a ton of options!

I’m really not a fragrance person because I find them really overpowering, and fragrances give me headaches, BUT this is the second scent I’ve tried from Stora Skuggan and I keep getting sucked in by the packaging and the story behind them. This is the description: “Also known as witches’ flying ointment, Hexensalbe was a hallucinogenic salve used in witchcraft in the middle ages. It was a mixture of extremely poisonous ingredients but the exact formula is not known, and several occultist scholars have died trying to recreate it. According to legend, it produced an ecstatic trance complete with powerful illusions and the sensation of flight- erotic, delirious, and, in the eyes of puritanical society, dangerous.  Hexensalbe is a recreation of this potent elixir in olfactory form, a spooky and sensual exploration of nature and femininity. Dark, atmospheric herbs and aromatics combine with deeply carnal florals and dank, earthy basenotes to create a uniquely sinister aphrodisiac, a bewitching concoction with the power to take over body and soul. Do you dare to take the ride?”
