I'm finishing up Season 2 actually, it's a slice-of-life tv drama about a middle-aged gay couple in Japan just living, and making insanely delicious food. Also a good perspective I think, on mainstream attitudes towards LGBT issues in Japan, it's depicted in a warm, light way.

Just finished the show a couple of days ago and I straight up went to the r/shogun subreddit to go through the discussions lol. It is such a great show, I loved it. The cast was perfect and the cinematography was so good! Highly recommened if youโre into historical dramas and action

Just give the first episode a shot and that should give you a pretty good idea of whether you'll dig it or not. You basically have the two leads trying to get the other to confess their love first. Just a feel-good show that's funny and cute :)
I remember watching the first season when it aired in 2019 but since then I've kinda fallen off currently airing anime. But now there's 3 seasons and a movie for me to catch up on!
And ngl I started rewatching it yesterday bc my rowing machine has a phone holder and it's nice to both keep my mind occupied when doing longer workouts, and to get back into a medium I really enjoy simultaneously :)

This is what I call it hahahah made by mums everywhere but the greased up version is sold along stalls in Mumbai. Two regular slices of white bread, buttered, and the middle filling is cream cheese with red onions, coriander/cilantro, tomatoes and some minced chillis. All veggies chopped mini cube size so they blend with the cheese. Toasted crispy.
