then I wake up and I'm like I have to stop or one night I'm going to actually piss myself when I try to piss in my dream. also ruins the vibe of my dream because I become dead set on pissing for extended periods of time. -100/10 experience
yesterday i spit something out in my dream and i also spit in real life. it was mostly gross bc my pillowcase smelled like sleep saliva but it was also a little endearing
I have OCD so a frequent and dumb nightmare motif for me is having to use a filthy public restroom, often barefoot. The silly part is I don’t think I’ve ever been able to see/use a normal bathroom in my dreams in my life lol 😩
