super easy to make, and leaves you with meat that just falls apart…
julia child‘s recipe is a classic but imo as long as you use a decent wine and some good stock, i feel like you can improvise a lot of aspects of the recipe/directions! it ends up stewing for at least 3ish hours and it makes the house smells so good !!!
