A book written by a hypnotherapist who hypnotized hundreds of clients in the late 80's when this type of talk was very rare. They all had pieces of the story, overlapping in similarities about the journey our souls take in-between each lives.
This book changed my perspective on life and gave such a bigger picture to it all!

I had a psychonaut period of my life and bought this book after a DMT trip because one of the elves told me to study the mind deeper. I had also just gotten on Instagram afterwards and was easily influenced to buy one of the first things recommended to me and like, that was def a sign. Coincidence that the elves told me to dig deeper and the title of this book is relevant????

Finished all 3 of these bad boys and they were life changing✨If you're into different states of consciousness, out of body experiences, and the like, you'll enjoy these :) I first learned about Robert Monroe from the Otherworld podcast. I learned about the gateway tapes and his institution, and I was hooked. It's so interesting!! I am very interested in having out of body experiences, but I can hardly even lucid dream! I learned a shit ton from these books, and his experiences are so interesting. Some important things I took from these books: LOVE is universal and beyond, and the goal for every soul is to LOVE unconditionally. Apparently, laughter is universal to all different energy forms too, which is cute ☺️ To be human is a special gift 🎁, the greatest gift and greatest challenge. No better way to learn than to live. We are so insignificant in the grand scheme of things, but hold so much power. We will never know everything about our universe, and I like the thought of that. Its too much for me to comprehend so I'll enjoy the little tidbits I get through books like these.

go to your local library‘s website or download the app. then search for a book you really want to read. then put it on hold. it feels like online shopping but it’s free. in a few days or weeks you'll get a cute text message or email that your book is ready to pick up and you’ll get to say hello to your local librarians and procure a new (to you) book which also feels like free shopping. the most functional part of our government ily public libraries

i usually find myself in reading ruts when i’m taking classes and being assigned books or when i’m trying to keep up with new releases and the “smart” books that are usually dense and long. i can usually get myself out of this rut by picking out a book that looks fun to me, like a book set on a beach or something I loved in middle school. I’m reading From The Mixed Up Files of Mrs. Basil E. Frankweiler right now and it’s just FUN!!! I also am very much not someone who feels like they have to finish a book. Life is too short. I think that helps!
