if u become best friends with ur neighbors they will call u and ask if u still have those frozen locally made corn tortillas in ur freezer we were thinking of doing taco night, if u become best friends with ur neighbors and u don’t have any cigs left rebecca will text u lyle rolled you a cigarette, if u become best friends with ur neighbors u will text them i’m going in ur place to steal some oat milk ok?, if u become best friends with ur neighbors u will arrive home from a long trip to everyone hanging outside and they will hand you a joint and then you will all get caught in the thunderstorm and chase the kids around in the rain, if u become friends with ur neighbors you will move your car from under the carport so that your 3 year old neighbor can have her birthday party under there<3

I’m not talking just in the same city, I mean literally as close as possible. in the same neighborhood, on the same block, even in the same building. if you actually like each other you should be able to handle the proximity, look at Kramer and Jerry. however more realistically, just sharing the same corner bar is powerful, powerful thing.
