its literally just having fun, while you do all the things youโve been setting aside for the last month and then you can treat yourself to a nice non alcoholic drink and a movie!! (today was coconut water and mai mai miracle)
Sometimes you just need to go on a city walk , solo date , get dolled up and wear your best outfit , go perfume shopping grab a croissant or a yummy sweet treat itโs my therapy and I always feel happy after and I love to write in my journal about the day or write in my Substack everything I did that day with my community
i mean *nothing*. no brunch no hanging out no texting just laying around and having a succession of little snacks and reading a book or listening to a really long album while you doodle or something else largely inconsequential. eat half an apple. who cares. it's sunday afternoon
