Ok… this one might seem a bit silly but i could not keep up with refilling my standard pill box. I’d get to Saturday then forget Sundays exist and not refill my case for the following week which would lead me to lose track of whether or not i took my meds… that all changed when i got this cute flower pill case 🌸 Idk why it works better for me but i STAY on top of that shit now! No more brain zaps 4 me!
Maybe TikTok commenters would say this is enough evidence to diagnose me as neurodivergent. Maybe time is a flat circle. yada yada.

junieee hi:) I got this one off amazon a while back but you should still be able to find something similar searching “flower pill organizer” or if you don’t want to support Amazon (valid) you can find cute ones on Etsy too!

Timer caps for meds!

Changed my life. If I had it together enough I would sometimes put my pills in those weekly pill boxes but never stuck to it.
Now if i ask myself "have i taken my meds today?" i can look at the bottle and KNOW! 23 hours ago! Time to take meds. 30 hours ago! oops forgot. 6 hours ago! lol already took em today and have no memory of it but the cap does!

Pill organizer

My pill organizer (simple white plastic with blue sans-serif lettering for the days of the week: SMTWTFS) was a gift from my boyfriend. I used to have to announce whenever I took my vitamins (“HERE I AM TAKING MY VITAMINS!”) so that someone else in the house could corroborate that I'd done it. Now I rely only on the case. I love collecting the pills from their compartment in the morning—I imagine this is what it feels like to collect eggs from a chicken coop–and I love refiling them all when the week is up. Each of the little closures has a satisfying snap. As an aside, I once heard that not all countries consider Sunday the first day of the week. I wonder if their pill cases say MTWTFSS instead.

Pill organizers

One day you wake up and you’re in your 30s and there’s a mix of prescriptions and supplements and vitamins you’re meant to take daily. Some of them are for the morning and others are for the evening. By lunch it’s like, did I take them this morning? I think I did but maybe that was yesterday. Same thing happens as you go to bed.
Now I just ask my pill organizer, and it answers by either being empty or not in the relevant space. Tuesday morning? Check. Friday evening? Still there, try again next week. Can’t recommend it enough.

RE: COW TOOLS (IRL)

I wish I could re-rec with an image but this is in reply to @MARIAMARIA’s rec. I had to dig way back in my photos to 2022 and find the clay cow tools I made. Unfortunately, I abandoned them so they never got fired but maybe I’ll re-visit the project once I can afford pottery classes again.
