it's my signature. smiling just feels wrong.. i like feeling like i'm derek zoolander. I like my face, my lip shape, at least most of the time. locking in on the camera is pretty silly to me :3

this one is a sarcastic recommendation. you probably shouldnāt do this. all iāll have to show my grandchildren someday are photos of me with my face contorted into various unattractive expressions. iāll say āwellā¦ this is just who i was at the timeā¦ā and theyāll have nothing to post on their instagram stories when itās Grandmotherās Day.
my Genuine recommendation is this: smile for photos. do it for your grandkids.

iāve always hated my smile because my teeth are crooked. nothing horrible or anything, but just enough to be noticeable. and just enough to think about every time i smile or laugh and lingers in the back of my mind. i never smile with my teeth in photos. itās always with my mouth closed. but today, i took a photo with my friends after a really fun pool party and i realized we all looked a little bad and a little sunburnt and our hair was crazy. i donāt know why, but i decided to really smile in this picture. i looked back at the photo a couple of hours later and i realized how much happier i looked than i did in the ones with a closed mouth smile. i think itās one of my favorite pictures with my friends now
