In this article, there's the suggestion that the perception of children from the Victorian period as small adults, serves Lewis Carroll to express a metaphor through Alice's Underworld, having it represent the mines in which children were working on back in the day, making an emphasis on the changing opinions over the concept of childhood. I thought it was an interesting thing as I never saw any comparison like it until now.

this is inspired by chlonline but as an australian the tier list is as follows... i. red rock deli’s sea salt n balsamic vinegar ii. kettle’s sea salt and vinegar iii. smith’s salt and vinegar (this is no. 1 on road trips and is also the OG flavour) iv. honourable mention to the peckish salt and vinegar crackers— these will (no joke) make your tongue bleed… they also changed the recipe six-ish years ago so now it isn’t as intense but still a lighter option. PS. as a kid my dad tried to convince me that i would hate salt and vinegar chips because they were his favourite and he didn’t want someone else in the family to like them... this weirdly possessive over salt and vinegar chips trait has been gratefully passed onto me <3
