Pros- way cheaper than a salon, less damaging (no dremmel sanding off my nail bed or UV lights), easy to fix if a nail breaks or chips, you can get really good at it, you can always change up your look on the fly, and you can decide what brands/ products you use.
Cons- my office smells like nail polish/ nail polish remover for a little bit. Have to be patient and let them dry.

i love doing my nails at home. so much so, i taught myself how to cut my cuticles, file my ridges, and found a good non-toxic no-chip polish to do the trick. thereβs something so relaxing about freshening my hands up on a cold Sunday afternoon.
