sweet breakfast is fun and cozy, but today I made savory oatmeal (seasoned with goya adobo and old bay) with a fried egg and let a lil pad of butter melt over it all and topped with some frank’s red hot. I even put some salt in with my cafe bustelo on the moka pot (to cut some bitterness, sometimes you don’t want the full bite of black cafe bustelo). i’m full of electrolytes, protein, and caffeine, and I feel like I’m ready to put in a long shift at the factory (idk maybe i’ll go on a bike ride or something)
