i’ve been very unhappy with my weight gain and lack of drive to lose it. i used to be in shape and an athlete and now i am exhausted walking up the steps. i’ve been taking walks and have been more active but am now considering a form of safe fasting because my biggest issue has been food intake. i *love* to eat. trying to share in hopes of being held accountable (by myself by making it known). sigh.
7 am is the perfect time to wake up. you can stay up until midnight the night before and still get 7 hours of sleep. you have 5 hours until noon. perfect.
my freshman year of college my roommate and i would keep buckets of lychee coconut jelly in our dorm room. the last time i saw a different friend that i miss very much we had lychee martinis. and i love lychee ramune soda. highly recommend. can’t speak much on the fruit itself.
