Collaboration

Group projects get a bad rep and yes when it’s something no one is passionate about it can be torture.
But actual collaboration with people on the same vibe as you is intoxicating and I hope people are able to meet and work with people that just get it™ because it’s the best feeling. My hope is that people ignore the bad group projects because they’re not the truth!

Working with your friends

Working with your friends and helping each other to be/become successful is the best way to work. Mostly because it seldom feels like work! Making something special that others enjoy with people you care about is so much fun and is always more rewarding than the alternative. Doing this fairly and genuinely taking care of one another is obviously important here. But it’s the best and is always special!!
