Can you guess what mine is...? I find this to be so endearing. I love seeing an adult out in the world proudly showing off their favorite color. It also helps with decision paralysis because you always know what color to go for.
Everyone talks about their favorite color aggressively as a child but adults seldom do! It's also very fun because then your friends will get u stuff in that color and life will slowly shift towards the monochromatic ๐งก
I used to think I was above it all but itโs actually very useful to have a go-to. also you can then have a secret favourite colour all to yourself (and a trusted few). and when you pick another colour for something it endows Way more significance
itโs stupid and perfect and lowkey one of the greatest movies of all time. itโs fun !! itโs california! weโre surfing and skydiving and robbing banks! what more can you ask for!!
i have 9 out right now and in no world am i finishing all 9 of them (including a 500 page oral history of the soviet union and like a 550 page one about the manson murders). but i really love checking books out, really satisfies some sort of innate consumer impulse in me. and i love having books around me.
