i put a soul record on (usually d'angelo or patrice rushen) and i make a pour over coffee and eat a couple madeleines, maybe a sunny egg on toast too if i'm hungrier than usual. this can be enjoyed alone or with a good friend, lover, etc.
bonus points: i follow up this activity with an 11am bowl of pho with extra noodles and go for a walk in the sunlight. truly nourishing series of activities in every sense.
