can you bore me with the details tho? which one do you use that doesn't hurt? looking at the website and seeing different options - toothpaste, go, pf, boost?

septembersublime ok ok I use the 20% syringes with a blue light tray that I have because I tried a different sytem before.. the blue light isnt necessary for opalescence though! I think the prefilled “go” trays look like the best bet. if you already have trays for some reason or want to buy them separately, you can get the gel syringes in stronger potencies and dose it out yourself.. but yeah idk it really just works even without the toothpaste!

I'm no dentist, and I have no idea if its technically good. But i love this ugly ass mouthwash. the flavors are amazing. the design is amazing. and it feels like its actually cleaning my teeth and making my gums healthy, instead of just coating it in sugar and alcohol like other brands.
