i have a ”tapestry“ hung on my wall that’s actually a throw with a bunch of designer chairs on it… this is my art school attendee, chair enthusiast version of the mandala wall hanging…
i would check out some thrift stores to see if they’ve got any cool throws, or like you said, rugs, and if its in your budget, a lot of artists like to produce throw blankets now!!! (they are all eerily similar in composition fabric/weave wise? idk if they use the same manufacturer)
