fun fact: I used to be a vegan. Although one of my favorite restaurants— this sweet & veeeery delicious family-owned Vietnamese spot— definitely has meat on the menu, I still order the vegan bowl pretty much every time I go back. One, because it slaps even harder than the regular pork one, and two… girl, you already know I’m sentimental.
