Cried a little in front of coworkers today. they were so nice and said everything I needed to hear. Turns out if you are honest with your emotions, people may be kind in return
Honestly, because of therapy and the work I am putting into myself I am allowing vulnerability to come in more. Lately I’ve been crying with friends and just letting myself feel my feels and it’s so cathartic.
do NOT ask me how i’m doing i could not stop leaking tears and whimpering for FIFTEEN MINUTES what the fuck???? shoutout my boss and coworker for being so loving and kind and awesome we all hugged which made me cry more they gave me their full support and advice and kind words which made me cry more it was very embarrassing because i genuinely could.not.stop my eyes were waterfalls. on my lunch now so i can cry in peace.
