helps me relax when making big and small decisions— everything in life leads to the next thing, no such thing as a wrong decision, etc.

yes! love it. So I think this train of thought I'm about to share was sparked from watching the series Russian Doll (highly recommend): This reminds me of the idea of multiple timelines, like how every possible decision is made and exists. For instance, if I chose to respond to this message in this world, there exists another world where I chose not to. Neither is 'right' or 'wrong'... so we can find comfort in that, we have permission to make whichever decisions aligns best with your wellbeing and desires at this moment and make peace with that. The other choice exists somewhere, but right here is where I chose the things that bring me peace, joy, and excitement😊 ALTHOUGH I did say almost this exact same thing to a friend and she did not find comfort in that and ended up spiraling a bit.... so I guess whatever "float your boat"😅 there are enough right or wrong answers, just which ideas help you cope with your existence🤪🙌

i big big big hate making decisions and stress that whatever i pick will be the wrong choice, but i have found that the more i decide internally to just commit to whichever choice, i try to let go and let the universe take it from there. until time travel is invented, no one can go back in time and change their decisions so there is no point in considering what another option would have been like. it's just an exercise in misery that is best avoided. do what feels good and don't look back.

Find a coffee creamer you really love, or a breakfast that was your favorite when you were a kid, read a rly good book or article you’ve been excited abt for ten min when you wake up instead of social media, lay out a cute outfit the night before, plan what perfume & jewelry you’ll wear if you’re into that

More often than not, I’m cold, my little home is cold, etc. I bought a hot water bottle, which I hold in my lap if I’m reading, working at my desk, chilling on my laptop. I tuck it under the covers at night. It’s very cozy and comforting and I find makes a huge difference
