the mighty to-do list

since ive been pretty wrapped up with family issues in the past week or so, ive gotten behind on my school work a bit. my saint of a boyfriend sat me down and made a fancy little to-do list for me to fill out bc i was feeling tremendously overwhelmed. it truly felt so much more managable to see it all written out. he helped me plan out which tasks i should do when based on due dates and class times which made it even MORE doable! AND i already got one thing crossed off my list!
the moral of the story is this - writing something down and facing it in its raw, ugly form takes away the power it holds in your mind. by assigning it a face, a form, youve already made it easier to confront. we got this team 💪❤️‍🔥‼️💯

cabbage is the single most underrated vegetable in the western hemisphere; highly nutritious, dirt cheap, impressively shelf-stable, and best of all VERSATILE. slaw soup sauerkraut grilled wrapped roasted... the variety of preparation methods is boundless. as i continue Fighting The Good Fight of Rebranding Cabbage in Modern-Day America, i urge my fellow citizens to join me author's note: admittedly, a gripe I do have with cabbage is the phonetics of its name (ugly) - but that's a minor trade-off considering all it offers
