You get to sit next to your date, watch the cocktails be made, make small talk with the bartender (if the vibes call for it), and depending on the location of the kitchen, maybe you see into the kitchen! It’s better than TV and often comes with little hooks to hang your bag and coat from.

This place is absolutely falling apart (try even opening the front door), but it’s such a diamond in the rough. Slammin Malaysian food, plus free shots of Jameson for the whole bar every 45 mins or so. You all take the shot together and it’s very cute.

This was one of my new years resolutions: creating more stuff and not being satisfied by simply consuming media, art, coffee etc.
I felt like I was floundering and too caught up with work to really find the time to explore this side. I should also preface this by saying I'm definitely not someone who identifies as a creative person. However, pi.fyi has been a cool way to do this with no risk or fear. Sure, my posts are dumb jokes and it's completely meaningless but it makes me feel alright and it's fun to interact with you freaks.
