🛌
Then your cat jumps on after to loaf up next to you, then you pull a pillow up under your chin and you scroll for a bit, and then you sleep like you’re dead and it’s magical, even though you don’t like sleeping on your stomach and your feet are hanging off the side of the bed and it‘s a little bit hotter than it should be, but your body still finds sleep. Yea…yea

Sometimes I'll sleep with my feet on the pillows and my head at the foot of my bed

i think i do things during the day just so when i get into bed it feels amazing and cool. a freshly changed set of sheets and a warm duvet in a cold room is basically heaven. i don't fuck with anything fancy. i don't have a routine. i lie down and i pass out and i wake up eight hours later not totally sure of where i am and i do this every night.

head Flat down on the bed, extending the neck and rolling the shoulders back where they are supposed to be. Usually my entire chest cracks as I sink in and I feel calm for the first time since last night. Bonus points if you wrap urself in bandages and pull ur brain out thru ur nose

Remote, cucumber, bag of chips, house keys. Not sure they get anything out of it, but they just seem happy to be kept in the loop.

It bums me out whenever someone's trying to say something but cuts themselves off or says "nevermind" because they assume that they're wasting time. Think it through, or let it come back to you. 3 years ago, I started saying, "Talk through the thought" with my friend, and I think it's made me more patient, and I've ended up hearing/saying some cool shit (or at least some funny shit) that I would've probably missed out on otherwise.
